          Free worldwide shipping

          Standard shipping is free on all orders, with parcels sent from Asia and US hubs usually delivered in 7–15 business days. Every order is trackable, and you can upgrade to paid express shipping at checkout if you need it faster.

          Easy 14-day returns

          For non-custom pieces, you have 14 days from the delivery date to decide. If you change your mind, send the item back in good condition with its original packaging and we’ll refund the product price – you just cover the return shipping. Customer service email: info@folkmake.com

          Quality & Care Promise

          If your piece arrives damaged or not as described – including custom-made items – we’ll fix it. Send us photos (or an unboxing video) and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

            Why We Started FolkMake

            We are a young Chinese couple, Cecilia Chen and Oliver Sun, who created FolkMake to travel across China, meet artisans, and choose handmade pieces that genuinely move us.

            Each piece carries not only careful materials and craft, but also years of practice and personal vision. We keep pricing fair and reasonable so makers are properly paid and more people can discover their work, and we group our collections by intention so it is easy to find a piece that speaks to what you or someone you love needs most right now, whether that is calm and protection, luck and new beginnings, love and connection, strength and confidence, abundance and gratitude, or healing and comfort.
